Job Summary
The Communications Administrator supports Servicing Strategy and Shared Services by drafting and distributing internal communications, developing and maintaining communication materials, managing SharePoint content, coordinating delivery of communications, providing administrative support, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and successful adoption of initiatives. Responsibilities include creating newsletters, announcements, reports, presentations, and emails; maintaining knowledge articles and job aids; updating process and system-change updates; coordinating distribution lists and schedules; calendar management and event planning; researching and providing performance insights to improve communications while ensuring confidentiality and compliance; serving as a point of contact for communications-related matters and coordinating with vendors as needed; and performing additional duties to support evolving business needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in communications, administrative support, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Collaborative and stakeholder engagement skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Overtime required
- Travel 0-10%
- Must live within a commutable distance to Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI; Houston, TX; Phoenix, AZ
