Job Summary
Draft, edit, and distribute internal communications (newsletters, announcements, reports, presentations, and emails) to support organizational messaging; develop and maintain communication materials (knowledge articles, job aids, updates on process/system changes); manage and update SharePoint content for the Servicing Strategy and Shared Services team; coordinate, schedule, and track internal communications with distribution lists and timely delivery; provide administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, documentation, and event planning; collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across departments; conduct research and compile performance reports to improve communication effectiveness while ensuring compliance and confidentiality; serve as a point of contact for communications-related matters and coordinate with vendors as needed; adapt to evolving business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in communications, administrative support, or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required
