Job Summary
Communications Administrator serves as the central hub for office communications, marketing administrative coordination, and front-office operations. This role acts as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring efficient routing of communication, smooth office operations, and support for company-wide administrative and marketing logistics. Responsibilities include front office support (reception, visitor sign-in, NDA coordination), mail/logistics, office operations (purchasing via NAV, PPE coordination, signage, inventory), trade shows and external events planning (budgets, contracts, logistics, lead nurturing), internal events, tours, and cross-functional coordination to support marketing and administrative needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Associate degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration preferred
- 2+ years of experience in event planning, trade show coordination, or marketing support
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and independently
- Full-time hourly: $22.00 - $25.00 dependent upon experience, and qualifications.
