Job Summary
Manages the telephone switchboard to provide physicians and community access to RHS services; handles inbound and outbound calls for the Communications Department; facilitates emergent Life Threatening Code Calls and uses Everbridge; performs warm transfers and follows standardized protocols; cross-trains to answer calls across Communications service lines; maintains service levels and timely follow-up while documenting encounters; supports health communications services and software, with a calm, professional demeanor and accountability to Riverside Health System's vision and values.
Required Qualifications
- Education High School Diploma or GED
- Experience 1 year Experience in a call center, customer service, patient care environment
