Job Summary
Conduct daily communication product development, including editing photos, drafting video scripts, shooting and editing short clips, and producing banners, presentations, and training manuals. Coordinate with technical teams and implementing partners to manage printing specifications, define communication priorities, and collect success stories from target hospitals. Ensure all materials comply with Department of State and Jhpiego branding policies, translate documents between English and local languages, and proofread edited content. Share communication products with headquarters and regional teams while strengthening staff storytelling capacity. Produce weekly social media posts with captions and format project reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, digital marketing or relevant field
- Five (5) years progressively relevant experience in the development sector
- Experience working on US government funded projects
- Proficient technical skills in using different types of digital cameras, camcorders and DSLRs
- Proficient knowledge of sound recording techniques and studio lighting
- High knowledge of Adobe creative suite software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Audition
- Ability to produce AI short reels, videos and animated clips using CapCut, tiktok studio
- High proficiency skills in English, verbally and in writing
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient skills in using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of DOS branding and Marking Guidelines
