Communication & Interior Design Manager

Lead and inspire the Com&In team to grow home furnishing interest and develop demand for solutions in the local market. Drive store layout, range presentation, and store communications to position the IKEA brand as a leader in life at home. Create and implement a store commercial calendar, secure relevant and inspiring range presentation, and ensure effective communication that supports business goals. Collaborate with the store manager to engage co-workers, facilitate workshops to generate creative directions, recruit and develop a high-performing Com&In team, and ensure procurement practices align with defined policies. Demonstrate passion for fast-paced, future-oriented retailing and the IKEA concept while cooperating on long-term and short-term opportunities, with willingness to work on weekends, shifts, and public holidays. The role emphasizes knowledge of home furnishing, consumer shopping behaviour, trend understanding, and a strong focus on developing people and store excellence.
