Communication | education studies internship: IT learning program management

Job Summary
Coordinate and execute learning programs, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication for IT and data employees. Collaborate with trainers to ensure seamless delivery while monitoring the onboarding journey and supporting the Gateway Program and IT Architect Excellence Program. Identify improvements to optimize knowledge transfer and learner engagement. This role requires a bachelor or master student in Communications, Education, or related fields, based in the Netherlands, with experience in learning design and project management. The internship lasts 6-12 months with a minimum of 4 days per week, including 50% on-site time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or master student in Communications, HR, Education, Business Administration, Content Creation or something related
- Experience with learning design and project management
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbally
- Affinity with IT and the Agile way of working
- Proactive, self-propelling and precise mindset
- Enrollment at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship
- Age of at least 18 years old at the start of the internship
- Location in the Netherlands or willingness to relocate from outside the Netherlands
