Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations, interpret assessment results, and prepare evaluation reports and therapy documentation for a preschool caseload of approximately 45 students. Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to strengthen communication skills essential for academic and social success while monitoring student growth and adjusting intervention strategies. Participate in IEP meetings, contribute recommendations for student programming, and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support outcomes. Provide on-site services only; teletherapy is not eligible. Requires a Master's degree, active Washington State SLP license, and ESA certification. Available for a full-time maternity leave assignment from September through December.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field from an accredited university
- Active Washington State SLP license and ESA certification, or eligibility to obtain both before the start date
- Availability to provide services on-site; this position is not eligible for teletherapy
