Job Summary
Develop new wallpaper designs, patterns, and murals from concept to final print-ready artwork, translating stories and themes into visually rich surface narratives. Own the end-to-end design process by building seasonal collections from scratch, experimenting with styles, motifs, and color palettes to expand the design library. Create original artworks inspired by trends, culture, and interiors while maintaining alignment with brand vision. Work Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM in a low-hierarchy environment that encourages innovation and learning.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in wallpaper, surface, textile, or pattern design
- Strong ability to conceptualize and develop new designs
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Good understanding of repeats, murals, scale, and surface applications
- Strong sense of color, composition, and visual storytelling
