Job Summary
Communication & Content Manager responsible for segmenting the alumni base, developing personas and targeted communication strategies, delivering content across channels (Social Media, LinkedIn Newsletter, Website), creating and publishing texts, videos, and graphics to strengthen alumni engagement, planning editorial calendars, tracking KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion), producing reports, and collaborating with the team and Vorstand to enhance digital presence and support events.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder Master) in Kommunikation, Marketing oder verwandten Bereichen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Content Manager oder in digitaler Kommunikation
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Sicherer Umgang mit CMS (z. B. WordPress), Social-Media-Management, Analytics (z.B. Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights) sowie Grafiksoftware (z.B. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
