Job Summary

Senior Communications Associate in Global Banking and Payments Sales Enablement drives go-to-market messaging and multi-channel campaigns to improve adoption and clarity of digital tools. Responsibilities include developing messaging frameworks, writing and editing product launch content, coordinating cross-functional launch plans, managing calendars, tracking performance metrics, maintaining a content repository, preparing FAQs, and ensuring brand and regulatory compliance. Required: bachelor’s degree in communications/marketing/business or related field, end-to-end campaign experience, exceptional writing, multi-channel planning, strong stakeholder management, proficiency with planning/analytics tools, and meticulous quality control. Preferred: enterprise software or financial services GTM experience, change-management messaging, analytics-driven iteration, experience with internal automation platforms, and executive-ready materials.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or related field
  • Experience in communications, product marketing, or go-to-market roles with a track record of owning and delivering campaigns end-to-end.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with ability to translate complex concepts into clear, action-oriented messages for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience developing and executing multi-channel communication plans (email, intranet, one-pagers, enablement assets, FAQs) with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills; ability to partner with teams including product, sales, design, and line of business communicators
  • Proficiency with content planning and measurement tools (e.g., Monday.com or equivalent, marketing automation or email platforms, analytics dashboards, content repositories).
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills; comfortable managing calendars, deadlines, and approvals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to brand, regulatory, and compliance standards; careful attention to detail and quality control.
