Job Summary

Coordinate communicable disease, tuberculosis, and immunization programs while managing I-NEDSS surveillance, reporting, and outbreak investigations. Perform home and site visits to detect unusual disease patterns, assist nursing staff, and implement infection control practices for public health clinics. Serve as OSHA Coordinator by providing bloodborne pathogen training, managing respiratory protection programs, and investigating exposures. Analyze disease incidence data, maintain vaccine inventory, and ensure laboratory services comply with CLIA standards. Drive an automobile and maintain a home or message telephone.

Required Qualifications
