Job Summary
Communications Intern to support the Communications team at Veepee Spain in a hands-on, fast-paced international environment. Responsibilities include drafting and proofreading internal and external content, publishing content across internal channels, tracking editorial calendars, creating basic graphic materials with Canva, organizing internal events and supplier coordination, preparing follow-up documents and reports, and providing general administrative support. Requirements include being a final-year student or recent graduate in Communications or related fields, fluent in Spanish and English (French a plus), basic Canva design skills, proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, and Google Workspace, and a proactive, organized, detail-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Business or similar
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required); French is a plus
- Basic proficiency in design tools: Canva and similar platforms
- Comfortable with standard office tools: PowerPoint, Word, Google Workspace
- Proactive, creative, organised and eager to learn
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
