Job Summary
Planning Executive responsible for media planning across channels, learning DE+I planning and carbon-conscious media, and supporting campaign management tasks such as updating schematics, providing media plans to clients, and coordinating with activation teams. The role involves running and analyzing reports, building knowledge on industry trends, assisting in financial processes (PO tracking, bookings, reconciliations), updating internal/external status reports, and organizing regular client and agency meetings. It requires inquiring mindset, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a hybrid working arrangement in London, UK.
Required Qualifications
- Have a basic understanding and competence in MS Office – PowerPoint and Excel in particular.
- Develops an awareness and curiosity about media and marketing industry including trends and challenges or concepts.
- Researches wider industry and shows an ability to summarise information into findings to be shared.
- Develops a broad understanding of industry tools, technology, techniques and systems as well as application. E.g TGI, Adintel, Pathmatics
- Can run simple tasks independently and either present to clients direct or package for wider team.
