Job Summary
Conduct physical labor on commercial, industrial, or heavy civil construction job sites, including digging trenches and erecting scaffolding. Operate hand and power tools such as drills and hammers as directed, while loading and unloading supplies manually or with equipment. Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and disposing of waste materials properly. Work with crew members and comply with all safety policies, including climbing ladders and maintaining balance. This role supports the TSENC I-26 Downtown Connector project in Asheville, NC, within Archer Wright JV's Building, Transportation, and Water Divisions.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year verifiable experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures
- Good manual dexterity
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening

- Ability to climb and maintain balance on scaffold/ladder
- Strong work ethic and desire to learn
