Commodity Trade Operations Specialist

Job Summary
Coordinate with Front Office, Clients, and Vendors to execute purchase and sales transactions, ensuring safe transfer and release of title documentation. Perform daily inventory management and reconciliation of physical commodity movements, including creating overfills, underfills, and washes on contracts. Manage trade settlement by generating ticket applications, processing commercial invoices, and handling accounts payable and receivable entries. Authorize vendor invoices, process settlement checks for supplier and client payments, and resolve customer payment discrepancies. Monitor aging balances and communicate with management and brokers regarding outstanding issues. This role supports StoneX Group's Corporate segment, focusing on contract performance, inventory control, and risk mitigation within structured trade finance and domestic back-to-back trade flows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Economics or business-related field
- 2+ years relevant commodity trade experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
