Commodity Procurement Coordinator

Commodity Procurement Coordinator leads material purchasing, open order management, and inventory analysis to align with production demand in the eBOS division. Responsibilities include developing material plans aligned with production schedules and forecasts, monitoring inventory and delivery schedules to prevent shortages, identifying supply risks and implementing mitigation plans, tracking key supply chain metrics (on-time deliveries, cost savings, defect rates), supporting continuous improvement in inventory tracking and waste reduction, maintaining vendor relationships and handling purchase orders and invoices, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, and collaborating across Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance to address constraints. Required skills include ERP/MRP experience (NetSuite preferred), forecasting, strong Excel/Word/Outlook capabilities, effective communication, and cross-functional collaboration, along with knowledge of logistics, freight booking, and importing.
