Job Summary
Commodity Planning Analyst, Supply Chain responsible for managing a broad range of moderately complex supply chain processes (inventory analysis, demand management, logistics management, import/export operations) for a large global business unit. Independently executes basic demand and supply matching, drives backlog analysis, gathers demand data from country/region/account managers to synthesize information and deliver demand signals to the supply base, and coordinates regional and global planning teams to maintain and enhance current processes. Monitors metrics and creates reporting to support continuous improvement, contributes to priority projects, and communicates requirements to global planning teams. Coordinates and manages a regulatory trade compliance program. Education & Experience recommended: four-year or graduate degree in related fields and typically 4-7 years of experience; preferred PMP Certification and Certified Professional In Supply Management. Knowledge areas include ERP/SAP, KPI, Lean, MRP, inventory management, procurement, and cross-org collaboration. The role may involve working with multiple teams and may require travel as described in the posting. Location hint indicates Taipei, Taiwan (Taipei City) with on-site work.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration or related field
- 4-7 years of experience in supply chain or related field
- PMP Certification
