Job Summary
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned material categories while leading supplier negotiations, RFPs, and contract execution. Build and manage strategic supplier relationships focused on quality, delivery, and cost performance, and support new product launches and key sourcing initiatives. Monitor market trends, track supplier performance, and identify opportunities for cost savings and supply chain improvements. Partner cross-functionally to support operational goals and supply continuity. Requires 3+ years of strategic sourcing experience, domestic travel up to 15%, and a Bachelor's degree.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
- 3+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to travel domestically up to 15% annually
