Commodity Manager

Lead cost review by product series to clarify cost points, drive and execute cost optimization programs, and manage a world-class supplier base in Asia. Develop strategies for assigned commodities, monitor supplier capacity to ensure materials availability, and drive lean projects to improve lead-time and flexibility across WW manufacturing sites. Establish and meet cost containment/cost reduction targets and coordinate with R&D/Product engineers for product transfers and new product developments. Implement digital supply chain initiatives and develop office automation to enhance visibility via KPI dashboards. Collaborate with Production and Materials Management to maintain optimum inventory levels and support cross-functional teams. Strong emphasis on ownership, decision-making, problem-solving, and building internal/external networks; requires proactive communication and effective stakeholder management.
