Commodity Manager Capex

Job Summary
Commodity Manager to own $50M–$100M in annual Capex and facilities spend across manufacturing sites in the Americas. Lead end-to-end Capex procurement including strategy, RFx, negotiation, and contracting; develop and execute category strategies aligned to cost, timeline, and business goals; leverage analytics, market intelligence, and cost modeling to identify savings and efficiency opportunities; build and manage supplier relationships for performance, continuity, and competitive pricing; collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver critical projects on time and on budget.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, International Business, or related
- 4+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management
- Experience managing or supporting multi-million-dollar ($10M+) Capex or indirect spend categories
- Proven ability to deliver measurable results (cost savings, cost avoidance, cash flow impact)
- Skilled in strategic sourcing, RFx, supplier negotiations, and spend analytics
