Job Summary
Commodity Buyer Mandarin / Cantonese - Mail Division. Responsible for managing relationships with suppliers from project phases to end of life for assigned commodities, ensuring supplier performance in quality, cost, logistics, service, environmental compliance and CSR. Activities include defining and implementing Purchasing Strategy, preparing RFQs, supplier evaluation, negotiation and contracting, prototype & development support, supplier performance management, change & process management, and ensuring adherence to CSR and environmental policies. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (supply chain, engineering), at least 5 years’ experience, and fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Hybrid work model in Singapore with flexible office/remote setup.

- Bachelor’s degree (supply chain, engineering...)
- Experience: at least 5 years in a similar position
- Technical skills: Purchasing (negotiation, market knowledge, cost management, risk assessment...)
- Logistics knowledge
- Good overall technical knowledge (machines assembly, mechanical parts...)
- Good communication skills in an international environment
- Open minded
- Strong leadership, used to make decision
- Rigorous
- Autonomous in action definition and follow-up
- Language skills: English, Mandarin and Cantonese: fluent
