Commodities Team Lead | 2nd Shift

Lead the Commodities team to ensure safe, efficient processing of products and orders, providing direction and coaching to team members. Responsible for training and cross-training, maintaining inventory accuracy, promoting safety policies, and driving continuous improvement in shipping, workflow, and quality. Work with the Production Manager on performance management, handling employee issues, and sustaining a positive team atmosphere while ensuring timely orders and adherence to procedures. Demonstrates leadership, coaches others, analyzes daily reports and spreadsheets, and fosters collaboration across departments to deliver value.
