Job Summary
Organize the sale and purchasing of secondary commodities and products from Veolia sites across the UK, administering sales activity accurately and on time. Coordinate domestic and overseas logistics, including planning and managing export shipments to ensure timely, compliant despatch, while liaising with sites and external customers to manage stock control and operational queries. Source transport subcontractors to minimize unexpected charges, resolve invoice disputes, and track customer service communications to maintain a responsive service. Produce ad hoc management information and contribute to monthly KPI reporting. This 12-month fixed-term role involves 40 hours per week in London, supporting Veolia's mission to create a sustainable future through waste management and recycling.
Required Qualifications
- Degree qualified or equivalent
- previous logistics and office experience that involved regular customer contact
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities
