Job Summary
Committees Officer to join Natixis in Portugal, within the CCO team. Responsible for managing and coordinating committees (e.g., Comité des Grandes Affaires, Bizcom, Resources Allocation Committee, CovidCom), scheduling meetings, coordinating stakeholders, preparing comprehensive agendas, gathering data from sources/tools, facilitating meetings, ensuring quorum and time management, taking detailed minutes, and driving continuous improvements in committee operations. Manages the Deal of the Month/Deal of the Year initiative through communications, jury voting processes, and winning-materials development. Requires an advanced degree in Finance or Business Administration and around 3 years of relevant experience; fluent English and French; strong Microsoft 365 skills (Teams, SharePoint) and familiarity with BI tools; Salesforce is a plus. Hybrid work policy is in place. Location: Porto, Portugal.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar
- Around 3 years of work experience ideally in business management, audit, Front/Middle office
- Fluency in English and comfortable in French (written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills, precision and process-oriented mind
