Commit to Serve Your City Year! (Full Pay/Benefits – Academic Mentor)

Conduct 1:1 and small group academic coaching for elementary through high school students to improve attendance and develop positive behaviors. Develop literacy and math skills using varied learning activities, create behavior management systems, and collaborate with teachers to monitor individual progress in City Year's data system. Support whole school initiatives by leading extended day programming, academic enrichment, and events that recognize student achievement in math, literacy, and attendance. Participate in facilitated reviews of student data and help create engaging classroom spaces.
