Commit to Serve Your City Year! (Full Pay/Benefits – Academic Mentor)

Conduct one-on-one and small group academic coaching for elementary, middle, and high school students, developing literacy and math skills while implementing behavior management systems. Monitor individual student progress by collaborating with teachers to collect, record, and analyze data within City Year's student data system. Create engaging classroom spaces and support whole school initiatives including extended day programming, academic enrichment, and leadership development events. Begin a 2-4 week training program before working with partner teachers and school staff.
