Commit to Serve Your City Year! (Full Pay/Benefits – Academic Mentor)

Conduct 1:1 and small group academic coaching for elementary through high school students to improve attendance, literacy, and math skills. Develop behavior management systems and collaborate with teachers to monitor individual student progress using City Year's data system. Create engaging classroom spaces and lead extended day programming including homework support, clubs, and service learning. Support whole school initiatives that recognize student growth in attendance and behavior. Participate in facilitated reviews of student data and co-lead events celebrating achievement.
