Commit to Serve Your City Year! (Full Pay/Benefits – Academic Mentor)

Conduct 1:1 and small group academic coaching for elementary, middle, and high school students to improve attendance, literacy, and math skills. Develop behavior management systems and collaborate with teachers to monitor individual student progress using City Year's data system. Create engaging classroom spaces and lead whole school initiatives including extended day programming, academic enrichment, and student recognition events. Begin a 2-4 week training program before the July/August 2025 start date.
