Commit to Serve Your City Year! (Full Pay/Benefits – Academic Mentor)

Coach and mentor elementary, middle, and high school students to improve academic success, attendance, and positive behaviors through one-on-one and small group sessions. Develop literacy and math skills using varied activities, create behavior management systems, and collaborate with teachers to monitor individual progress via City Year's data system. Support whole school initiatives by conducting extended day and virtual programming for academic enrichment, homework help, and leadership development while co-leading events that recognize student achievement.
