Commit to Serve Your City Year! (Full Pay/Benefits – Academic Mentor)

Conduct 1:1 and small group academic coaching for elementary through high school students to improve attendance, literacy, and math skills. Develop and implement behavior management systems while collaborating with teachers to monitor individual progress using City Year's data system. Create engaging, safe classroom spaces and lead extended day programming including homework support, recreation, and student clubs. Support whole school initiatives by co-leading events that recognize student growth in attendance and behavior.
