Commit to Serve Your City Year! (Full Pay/Benefits – Academic Mentor)

Conduct 1:1 and small group academic coaching for elementary, middle, and high school students to improve attendance, literacy, and math skills. Create and implement behavior management systems while collaborating with teachers to monitor individual student progress and whole class instruction. Support extended day and virtual programming including homework assistance, clubs, and service learning. Develop interpersonal skills through reflection and repetition within a safe classroom environment. Complete 2-4 weeks of training before beginning work in July/August 2025.
