Coach and mentor elementary, middle, and high school students to improve academic success, attendance, and positive behaviors through one-on-one and small group sessions. Develop literacy and math skills using varied activities, implement behavior management systems, and collaborate with teachers to monitor individual progress via data collection and analysis. Support whole school initiatives by conducting extended day and virtual programming for academic enrichment, homework assistance, and leadership development. Create engaging classroom spaces and lead events recognizing student growth in math, literacy, and attendance.
