Conduct academic coaching and interpersonal development for students through one-on-one sessions and small groups. Develop literacy and math skills using varied activities, answer questions, and encourage assignment completion. Create and implement a behavior management system while collaborating with teachers to monitor individual student progress. Support whole school initiatives by conducting extended day and virtual programming for academic enrichment, homework support, and student clubs. Create engaging classroom spaces and co-lead events recognizing student growth in attendance and behavior.
