Commit to Serve Your City Year! (Full Pay/Benefits – Academic Mentor)

Conduct 1:1 and small group academic coaching for elementary through high school students, developing literacy and math skills while implementing behavior management systems. Monitor individual student progress by collaborating with teachers to collect, record, and analyze data within City Year's student data system. Support whole school initiatives including extended day programming, homework assistance, and events recognizing student growth in attendance and achievement. Participate in facilitated reviews of student data and create engaging classroom spaces alongside partner teachers.
