Commit to Serve Your City Year! (Full Pay/Benefits – Academic Mentor)

Conduct one-on-one and small group academic coaching for elementary, middle, and high school students to improve attendance and develop positive behaviors. Develop literacy and math skills through varied activities, answer questions, and encourage assignment completion. Create and implement a behavior management system while collaborating with teachers to monitor individual student progress using City Year's data system. Support whole school initiatives by leading extended day and virtual programming for academic enrichment, homework support, and student clubs. Recognize and celebrate student growth through events focused on math, literacy, and attendance.
