Conduct 1:1 and small group academic coaching for elementary through high school students to improve attendance and develop positive behaviors. Design literacy and math activities, answer questions, and encourage assignment completion while implementing a behavior management system. Collaborate with teachers to monitor individual progress using City Year's data system and facilitate reviews. Support whole school initiatives by leading extended day and virtual programming for academic enrichment, homework help, and student clubs. Create engaging classroom spaces and co-lead events recognizing student achievement in literacy, math, and attendance.
