Commit to Serve Your City Year! (Full Pay/Benefits – Academic Mentor)

Conduct 1:1 and small group academic coaching for elementary through high school students to improve attendance and develop positive behaviors. Develop literacy and math skills through varied activities, create behavior management systems, and collaborate with teachers to monitor individual progress using City Year's data system. Support whole school initiatives by leading extended day programming, academic enrichment, and events that recognize student growth in math, literacy, and attendance. Participate in facilitated reviews of student data and co-lead programs focused on leadership development and service learning.
