Commit to Serve Your City Year! (Full Pay/Benefits – Academic Mentor)

Conduct 1:1 and small group academic coaching for elementary through high school students to improve attendance, literacy, and math skills. Develop behavior management systems and collaborate with teachers to monitor individual progress using City Year's data system. Plan and execute extended day and virtual programming, including enrichment, homework support, and student clubs. Create engaging classroom spaces and co-lead events recognizing student growth in attendance and behavior. Participate in facilitated reviews of student data and assist with whole-class instruction and breakout spaces.
