Commit to Serve Your City Year! (Full Pay/Benefits – Academic Mentor)

Conduct 1:1 and small group academic coaching for elementary through high school students to improve attendance and develop positive behaviors. Develop literacy and math skills through varied learning activities, create behavior management systems, and collaborate with teachers to monitor progress in the student data system. Support whole school initiatives by leading extended day programming, academic enrichment, and events that recognize student achievement in literacy, math, and attendance. Work with partner teachers to create engaging classroom spaces and facilitate breakout instruction.
