Commit to Serve Your City Year! (Full Pay/Benefits – Academic Mentor)

Conduct 1:1 and small group academic coaching for elementary, middle, and high school students to improve attendance and develop positive behaviors. Create and implement behavior management systems while developing literacy and math skills through varied learning activities. Collaborate with teachers to monitor individual student progress using City Year's data system and facilitate reviews of collected data. Support whole school initiatives by conducting extended day and virtual programming for academic enrichment, homework support, and leadership development. Create engaging classroom spaces and co-lead events recognizing student growth in math, literacy, and attendance.
