Commit to Serve Your City Year! (Full Pay/Benefits – Academic Mentor)

Conduct 1:1 and small group academic coaching for elementary, middle, and high school students to improve attendance and develop positive behaviors. Develop literacy and math skills through varied learning activities, answer questions, and encourage assignment completion. Create and implement a behavior management system while collaborating with teachers to monitor individual student progress in the City Year data system. Support whole school initiatives by conducting extended day and virtual programming for academic enrichment, homework support, and leadership development. Create engaging classroom spaces and co-lead events recognizing student growth in math, literacy, and attendance.
