Commit to Serve Your City Year! (Full Pay/Benefits – Academic Mentor)

Conduct 1:1 and small group academic coaching for elementary through high school students, developing literacy and math skills while implementing behavior management systems. Monitor individual student progress by collaborating with teachers to collect, record, and analyze data within City Year's student data system. Create engaging classroom spaces and support whole school initiatives including extended day programming, virtual learning, and events recognizing student achievement. Participate in facilitated reviews of student data and work with partner teachers on whole class instruction and breakout spaces.
