Commit to Serve Your City Year! (Full Pay/Benefits – Academic Mentor)

Coach and mentor elementary, middle, and high school students by working 1:1 and in small groups to improve academic success, attendance, and positive behaviors. Develop literacy and math skills through varied activities, create behavior management systems, and collaborate with teachers to monitor individual progress using City Year's data system. Support whole school initiatives by conducting extended day and virtual programming for academic enrichment, homework support, clubs, and service learning. Create engaging classroom spaces and co-lead events recognizing student growth in math, literacy, attendance, and behavior.
