Commit to Serve Your City Year! (Full Pay/Benefits – Academic Mentor)

Conduct academic coaching and interpersonal development for elementary, middle, and high school students through one-on-one and small group sessions. Develop literacy and math skills using varied activities, create behavior management systems, and collaborate with teachers to monitor individual student progress in City Year's data system. Support whole school initiatives by leading extended day programming, academic enrichment, and events that recognize student growth in attendance and behavior. Participate in facilitated reviews of student data and co-lead programs fostering a safe, healthy classroom environment.
