Coach and mentor elementary through high school students to improve academic success, attendance, and positive behaviors. Plan and monitor individual student progress while collaborating with teachers on whole-class instruction and breakout spaces. Develop literacy and math skills through varied activities, implement behavior management systems, and create engaging classroom environments. Support extended day and virtual programming including academic enrichment, homework assistance, and student clubs. Collect, record, and analyze student data in City Year's system to facilitate progress reviews. Participate in events recognizing student growth in math, literacy, and attendance.
