Commissions Senior Analyst

Commissions Senior Analyst to serve as a key point of contact for inquiries from Account Executives, Directors, AVPs, and DCC partners. Role involves managing and responding to requests through WIT’s, Salesforce, and the GB Mailbox, researching and resolving complex issues, analyzing data, and contributing to process improvements. Engages in cross-functional collaboration, communicates findings to management, and supports data-driven decision making to drive efficiency and better client service. Provides exposure to senior leaders and diverse teams, helping develop business acumen and analytical/process-improvement skills. The position is Hybrid based in Waterloo, Ontario.
