Job Summary
Lead a team of Commissioning Officers, Business Analysts, and Apprentices to ensure high performance, excellent customer service, and effective delivery of complex programmes. Manage day-to-day operations by setting standards, allocating resources, and supporting professional development while leading strategic commissioning programmes through the full cycle to deliver outcomes, savings, and risk management. Collaborate with Commissioning Leads, operational teams, legal services, and external partners to design services aligned with community needs, respond to service-critical issues, and uphold safeguarding standards. Work within a hybrid model where office staff attend site for half their hours, and contribute to commissioning strategy and policy development.
