Job Summary
Lead and perform commissioning activities including QA/QC and Functional Performance testing across new construction, renovations, existing buildings, and asset management projects. Support equipment and systems start-up to ensure safe, fully functional environments that meet design requirements while working directly with clients, project stakeholders, and contractors. Balance on-site field activities with office-based project support, ensuring all work meets established design requirements, operational performance, and stakeholder expectations. This role requires up to 50% travel including multi-week assignments and is open to candidates with 10+ years of progressive experience in utility infrastructure and building automation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent years of experience
- 10+ years of progressive commissioning experience in utility infrastructure, mechanical/plumbing systems, building automation/controls, and facility O&M
- Working knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA, and TAB process mechanical testing and code requirements
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to travel up to 50% — including multi-week field assignments and periodic long-term assignments

- Healthcare facility commissioning experience
- Industry-recognized commissioning certification (CxA, BCxP, or similar)
