Job Summary
The Commissioning Provider manages the commissioning process for assigned projects, ensuring systems meet design and performance requirements. Key responsibilities include developing commissioning plans, coordinating with stakeholders, reviewing design documents, conducting site visits, facilitating commissioning meetings, and overseeing system testing. The role demands excellent service delivery skills, strong communication abilities, and experience in managing multiple projects. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in MEP construction is required, with preferred certifications in project management, engineering, and building commissioning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5+ years of equivalent MEP construction, commissioning and project management experience
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management Certification
- Professional Engineering License
- Certification in Building Commissioning
- OSHA 10-hour Construction Safety
- NFPE-70E
